  • Website analytics such as pages visited, referring source, and device information, collected through standard analytics tools.

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule Discovery Calls.
  • Configure, deliver, and improve the AI receptionist services we provide to clients.

4. SMS, Email & Call Consent

By submitting your phone number or email through our website or checking the consent box on our Discovery Call form, you agree to receive calls, SMS messages, and emails from LeadKeep regarding our services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send. We never sell your phone number, email, or any other personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers we rely on to operate the business, such as our CRM platform (GoHighLevel), email and SMS delivery providers, voice AI infrastructure, payment processors, and cloud hosting services.
  • Legal requirements when disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with reasonable notice to affected users.

We do not sell personal information.
